2017 Annual Fox Island Garage Sale Online Application

Important Information

  • The Garage Sale is conducted on behalf of the FICRA Building Trust, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization.
  • Garage Sale proceeds from the Nichols Community Center (NCC) and Home Sites will go to the Fox Island Citizens' Patrol. Proceeds from the Fox Island Museum Site (Museum) will go to the Fox Island Historical Society.
  • A special map is prepared with your GPS location allowing buyers to go directly to your site. Your address and items for sale are listed; not your name or other personal information. Maps are sold to the public for $2 each starting at 8:30am on September 9th to benefit the Fox Island Citizens' Patrol.
  • The Museum will have food service. Those serving food are required to comply with all applicable food service regulations as set forth by the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department.
  • If you have a Garage Sale space at the NCC or Museum, you are responsible for bringing your own tables and chairs.
  • Garage Sale advertising will be online at Craigslist, Facebook & local websites.
  • The last day to submit your application to participate in the Garage Sale is September 7th.
