This a MAJOR fundraising campaign for FICRA to help replenish our Capital Improvement Fund for the recent purchase and installation of a new HVAC system. Besides the addition of air-conditioning to our island gem, the Nichols Community Center, it will lower our heating costs during the cooler seasons as well. Thus, FICRA will be able to provide both an efficient warming center and now a cooling center as needed for our numerous island community groups, organizations, and emergency situations. We also believe it will provide a better rental venue during the warm summer months.
Your ticket(s) admission will provide numerous hors d’oeuvres, an oyster bar, one free drink with a cash bar also (including specialty cocktails and mocktails), a live cabaret band (The Rouge) out of Seattle, a silent auction with tons of goodies provided by our community, a live auction (we have some super steals on vacationing opportunities plus a seafood party at your own home up for bids), a commemorative gift, and steady entertainment for an evening you won’t want to miss. Did we mention numerous French pastries to satisfy your sweet tooth?
