FICRA Neighborhood Watch Program
Neighborhood Watch
Welcome to Fox Island, a community celebrated for its stunning beauty, rural charm, and a notably low crime rate, the lowest in Pierce County for a community of its size. This safety is enhanced by the strong community interaction, including the vigilant efforts of our volunteers. FICRA’s Neighborhood Watch Committee covers a range of activities, such as funding extra patrols by off-duty Sheriff Deputies, school bus stop monitoring, and vacation monitoring for homeowners by request. Your donations and volunteer support are vital for maintaining our island’s safety, as FICRA dues cannot be used to fund Neighborhood Watch activities due to IRS regulations. Join us in making Fox Island a safer place for everyone!
